Role Description
We are seeking a highly strategic Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis to lead core FP&A processes and serve as a key thought partner to senior business and finance leadership. This role owns major components of the company’s financial planning, forecasting, and performance management framework, translating complex financial and operational data into clear insights that inform executive decision‑making.
- Own and drive the key components of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), rolling forecasts, and multi‑scenario modeling, including framing assumptions, trade‑offs, and recommendations for senior leadership decision‑making.
- Lead the financial narrative for executive leadership, including preparation of materials and insights for Executive Leadership Team and Board‑level reporting, as required.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting package creation and accuracy.
- Act as the primary FP&A partner to senior functional leaders, influencing strategic and operational decisions through data‑driven insights and financial expertise.
- Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives.
- Analyze complex financial information and reports to deliver accurate and timely financial recommendations to senior management.
- Define, own, and evolve key performance indicators and performance management frameworks, proactively identifying trends, risks, and corrective actions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts, including setting analytical standards, reviewing outputs, and scaling team capabilities to meet business needs.
- Identify and drive improvements, including the creation of reports, tools, and models.
- Other duties and ad hoc reporting as requested by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a closely related field is required. An MBA, CPA, or CFA qualification is highly preferred.
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, investment banking, or private equity‑backed environments.
- Experience in building, owning and scaling FP&A systems and infrastructure.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, and Power BI.
- Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills to C-suite level executives.
- Demonstrated ability to lead ambiguous, complex analyses and synthesize recommendations for senior executives.
- Proven experience owning end‑to‑end FP&A processes with limited oversight.
- Highly organized, meticulous, excellent time management skills and able to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume, and evolving work environment.
- Ability to approach requests with a proactive and consultative manner; listen to, understand requests, needs, and deliver actionable analysis.
- Experience managing a team of 2-3+ analysts in delivering accurate and timely work products.
- Player-Coach mentality, willingness to be hands-on-keyboard and to talk strategy when needed.
- Serve as a delegate and proxy for Senior Finance leadership in meetings, reviews, and cross-functional forums as needed.

- Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs.
- The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
- Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.
