Role Description
Reporting to the VP of Talent & Diversity, the Manager, People Leadership Development will design, deploy, and continuously improve People Leader Learning & Development programs across Veralto—equipping leaders worldwide with the VES (Veralto Enterprise System) Leadership skills and tools they need to inspire, engage, and develop high‑performing teams.
In this highly collaborative role, you will:
- Own the enterprise-wide People Leader Learning & Development strategy and execution.
- Design and implement programs that strengthen leadership capabilities aligned to Veralto’s values, business priorities, and the VES Leadership Domain model.
- Collaborate with HR partners & senior leaders, aligning work with business objectives.
- Leverage AI and digital platforms to enhance learning personalization and efficiency.
- Use the Veralto Enterprise System (VES) to measure program impact and continuously improve offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years in L&D or leadership development roles, with global exposure.
- Demonstrated success implementing enterprise-wide programs.
- Familiarity with AI tools and emerging HR technologies.

- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and digital learning technologies.
- Tech-savvy with practical AI application skills in learning design.
