Role Description
This position is a Contract/Consultant role with working hours typically from 9:00 am-6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday.
- Support and manage the billing process, including coordination and tracking.
- Prepare and review LTRs, RFPs, and engagement letters.
- Review, draft, and analyze agreements to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
- Maintain and update internal dashboards (Monday.com), ensuring accurate tracking of legal matters and deadlines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support ongoing legal and operational needs.
Qualifications
- Law degree (licensed attorney preferred).
- Ideally 3+ years of professional experience.
- Experience working within established companies or mid-to-large law firms is strongly preferred.
- Industry background in corporate law, real estate, finance, or a related practice area.
Requirements
- Licensed lawyer with strong contract review and drafting experience.
- Experience with corporate documentation and structured reporting.
- Comfortable using project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) and productivity platforms.
