Job Description
• Quote and sell auto insurance to new and existing customers
• Review coverage and explain options clearly and professionally
• Follow up on warm leads provided by the agency
• Cross-sell home, renters, and life insurance when appropriate
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow compliance guidelines
• Provide excellent service before and after the sale
Job Requirements
- Strong communication skills (sales or customer service experience preferred)
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and building rapport
- Coachable, reliable, and goal-oriented
- Organized and able to follow a sales process
- Insurance license required (we will pay for licensing)
