• lead people strategy through complex change initiatives

Job Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive HR or People Business Partner experience
- expertise in organizational design for technical teams
- proven success advising executive leadership
- strong track record in workforce planning and succession strategy
- deep knowledge of employment law and risk mitigation
- exceptional business acumen
