Job Description

• Perform consultative sales of the NOA product to B2C customers from our existing base in Brazil; • Optimize filters and prospecting to capture potential B2C leads; • Execute the full sales cycle: prospecting, scheduling, demonstration, follow-up and closing; • Contribute to achieving the department's KPIs and targets; • Map customers' current product usage to identify opportunities to enhance their results, with the goal of driving loyalty and retention; • Escalate technical issues to the support team to ensure the product works properly for the customer.

Job Requirements

  • Experience with short B2C sales cycles (preferably in the technology or healthcare sector);
  • Practical experience applying structured sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, BANT, NEAT Selling, SNAP Selling, etc.;
  • Experience in all stages of the sales funnel, from prospecting through to closing;
  • Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar);
  • Ability to conduct product demonstrations in a clear, didactic and focused manner;
  • Organization, discipline and strong sales pipeline management;
  • Comfortable with technology, with knowledge of AI and the ability to present technical arguments;
  • Results-oriented and highly adaptable profile, with a focus on expansion targets;
  • Knowledge of customer retention best practices is a plus.
