Job Description
• Install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Intuitive products in assigned territory
• Perform scheduled maintenance activities including inspections, preventive maintenance, software updates
• Troubleshoot and repair Intuitive products and associated equipment within designated timeframes
• Coordinate and perform system and hardware delivery and installation
• Complete all administrative duties including inventory and reports retaining to field activities
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of Field Service Experience preferred
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Strong administrative and record keeping skills
- Clean driving record
- Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent training/experience preferred
