Job Description
• Own the full recruiting lifecycle end to end, from sourcing to closing.
• Build scalable recruiting systems from the ground up.
• Partner closely with founders to shape hiring strategy and role definitions.
• Move fast in ambiguity while keeping a high quality bar and great candidate experience.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with a track record of hiring top-tier engineering talent
- Familiarity with AI/ML/Research talent market
- Ability to run full cycle hiring across Engineering and Product Operations
- Comfortable doing hands on work across sourcing, screen calls and recruiting events.
