Job Description
• Design and document end-to-end HR processes, mapping workflows, handoffs, and dependencies to ensure efficiency and scalability
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement, eliminate inefficiencies, and optimize workflows with a focus on automation and AI integration
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure HR operational effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
• Analyze data trends and root causes, providing actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership
• Conduct regular quality audits to ensure processes align with design and compliance standards, driving corrective action as needed
• Lead cross-functional efforts to implement new processes and projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines
• Manage the change adoption process, supporting stakeholder engagement and communication to drive success
• Collaborate with HR leaders, IT, and business stakeholders to align priorities and deliver operational excellence
• Serve as a resource and mentor within HR Operations, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
- 12+ years of experience in process improvement, HR operations, or program management, with a proven ability to lead global, cross-functional initiatives
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Black Belt preferred) and hands-on experience driving end-to-end process improvement projects
- Proficiency with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucid, Miro) and HR technology platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow
- Experience in defining and managing KPIs, conducting root cause analysis, and delivering data-driven insights to improve operational performance
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
- Experience in HR Shared Services, HR Case Management, and broader HR Operations is desirable
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively to meet organizational goals
