Job Description
• The primary purpose is to oversee and manage the production process
• ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently, meet quality standards, and are delivered on time
• within budget
• by planning
• scheduling
• coordinating
• and organizing various production activities and resources.
Job Requirements
- BS in business, engineering, or a related field
- Ability and willingness to travel, expected to be 50% of time
- Ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in the sign manufacturing industry
- Either a project manager with a technical acumen or a manufacturing engineer with high level interpersonal skills
- Very strong customer focus
- Understands customer needs and makes customer satisfaction a key priority.
- Demonstrated customer service orientation.
- Strong communications skills.
- Should be effective in communicating one-on-one or to small groups, by phone or in person, verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated professional maturity and business acumen Displays confidence, with a high degree of personal motivation and energy.
- Ability to manage stress incumbent to a business environment that is deadline oriented.
- Able to multitask and function effectively in a fast-paced environment, with strong time management and deadline prioritizing skills.
- Consistent, high quality work.
- Advanced PC skills (Windows-based) required, especially in Excel.
