Job Description

• Proactively engage new and existing prospects through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online channels • Retain and grow business with existing customers by investing in relationships with key stakeholders • Qualify leads, assess customer needs, and recommend tailored solutions that deliver value • Execute effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets • Drive adoption of new products across customer base • Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates • Partner with Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to deliver an excellent customer experience • Support initiatives that drive both top-line growth and margin improvement • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales, tele-sales and/or business development
  • Experience with dealer/distributor business models; Bottled Water, POU, filtration, or related industries strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as required.
