Job Description
Job Requirements
- 10+ years' experience managing and leading a team in a high-growth SaaS environment (Security background preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to align cross-functional teams (Product, Legal, Ops) to drive a unified business outcome.
- Ability to analyze sales data and metrics to inform strategy and identify areas for improvement.
- Strong understanding of Systems Integrators, Cloud Service Providers, VARs and MSP partners.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt quickly to the rapidly evolving cloud security market.
- Ability to distill complex operational changes into simple narratives for executive leadership and global partners.
- Proven track record of execution of strategic initiatives that drive real business benefit.
