Role Description

This role involves providing personalized customer support in a fully remote environment.

  • Provide personalized customer support via phone, email, and virtual meetings
  • Assist clients in understanding their insurance benefit options
  • Respond to questions about policies, coverage, and claims
  • Schedule and lead virtual consultations with new and existing customers
  • Maintain product knowledge to guide clients in making informed decisions

Qualifications

  • No prior customer service or insurance experience required
  • High School Diploma or GED (college students and recent grads welcome)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable using basic technology (Zoom, email, etc.)
  • 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to grow professionally
