This role supports a multi-country employee population within a fast-paced, global environment and combines light administrative work with significant vendor, broker, and carrier management responsibilities.
This position requires a dedicated benefits professional with strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to operate within established governance frameworks. The role partners closely with Global Benefits leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure aligned execution of benefits strategy. This is not a transactional or generalist HR role.
- Provide operational support for health, welfare, retirement, leave, and statutory benefits programs across the Americas region.
- Manage employee benefits inquiries and escalations through the SNOW ticketing system, ensuring timely triage, resolution, and clear communication.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for brokers, carriers, TPAs, PBMs, COBRA administrators, and leave vendors; actively manage escalations and hold vendors accountable to SLAs.
- Support annual renewals by coordinating census data, reviewing pricing, validating assumptions, and partnering with leadership on recommendations.
- Review vendor invoices, eligibility files, and claims reports for accuracy; coordinate corrections with Payroll and Finance as needed.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, including U.S. federal and state requirements (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA), Canadian provincial frameworks, and statutory programs in Mexico and Colombia.
- Maintain compliance calendars and support audits, regulatory filings, and documentation standards.
- Process limited benefits transactions in Workday and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Collaborate closely with HRBPs, Payroll, Finance, Legal, AskHR, and Global Benefits leadership to support onboarding, terminations, mobility cases, and organizational changes.
- Exercise sound judgment within established governance frameworks and seek leadership alignment before implementing policy or strategic changes.
- Identify recurring service issues or process gaps and recommend improvements in coordination with leadership.
- Stay current on evolving benefits legislation and market practices across the Americas through ongoing professional development and broker engagement.
Qualifications

- Experience supporting audits, regulatory filings, or compliance oversight activities.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively and operate within leadership-directed governance structures.
