Job Description
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in event coordination, marketing operations, or project coordination (preferred but not required)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a leadership and/or stakeholders
- Willingness to travel occasionally (1–2 events per year)
- Proficiency or willingness to learn: Microsoft Suite, Zoho, AirTable, Notion
- Experience with CRM systems and inventory tracking tools is a plus
- All applicants must be authorized to work for any US employer in the United States
