Job Description
• Own the enterprise-wide People Leader Learning & Development strategy and execution
• Design and implement programs that strengthen leadership capabilities aligned to Veralto’s values, business priorities, and the VES Leadership Domain model
• Collaborate with HR partners & senior leaders, aligning work with business objectives
• Leverage AI and digital platforms to enhance learning personalization and efficiency
• Use the Veralto Enterprise System (VES) to measure program impact and continuously improve offerings
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years in L&D or leadership development roles, with global exposure
- Demonstrated success implementing enterprise-wide programs
- Familiarity with AI tools and emerging HR technologies
