Job Description
• Designs end to end conversational experiences for IVR, chat, and agentic AI.
• Partners closely with product, engineering, and other teams through implementation.
• Creates practical conversation design artifacts—including scripts, flow diagrams, prototypes, and interaction maps.
• Reviews performance indicators and customer feedback to identify improvements.
Job Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)
- Strong experience designing for IVR, chat, and agentic AI
- Skilled in writing clear conversational prompts, messages, and system responses
- Proficiency with Visio, Voiceflow, Mural, or comparable tools
- Understanding of accessibility, privacy, and compliance considerations in conversational systems
