Job Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing implementation team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement • Oversee the execution, and delivery of client implementation projects, utilizing best practices in project management to ensure timelines and quality standards are met • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to both the team and cross-functional onboarding teams • Work closely with cross-functional leaders, including sales, plan teams and support, to ensure alignment on client needs and successful onboarding experience

Job Requirements

3-5 years of end to end health insurance implementation
Proven track record of leading successful teams in project management or implementation in operational or healthcare settings
Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data analysis
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, a related field or 3+ years related experience
