Role Description

The Senior Product Associate will sit within the Product team and support product operations and partner enablement initiatives. This role serves as a key execution partner across Product, Technology, Client Services, and external partners to ensure smooth onboarding, integrations, and ongoing operational success. This position is responsible for owning defined workstreams, improving operational processes, and supporting scalable partner growth. It is a hands-on role that blends project management, product marketing support, and relationship management.

  • Own execution of partner onboarding workstreams, ensuring timelines, documentation, and deliverables are completed on schedule
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts between Product, Engineering, and Client Services to support partner integrations
  • Support technical onboarding processes, including facilitating API configurations, data-sharing workflows, and system compatibility discussions
  • Develop and maintain project plans, onboarding documentation, and operational playbooks
  • Contribute to proposal responses and creation of product collateral in partnership with Product Marketing
  • Serve as an operational point of contact for partners during onboarding and early lifecycle stages
  • Track onboarding milestones and partner performance metrics, escalating risks when needed
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance scalability
  • Develop repeatable workflows and automation for routine operational tasks
  • Maintain accurate records of partner agreements, onboarding activities, and communications

Qualifications

  • 2–7 years of experience operating within product marketing, project management, relationship management, partner operations, or related fields
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience supporting SaaS implementations, system integrations, or onboarding workflows preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Process-oriented mindset with an interest in operational scalability
  • Ability to work independently within defined scope while escalating appropriately
