Job Description
Role Description
You will manage the overall broker and customer relationships for your assigned block in the 100–499 market, overseeing the full range of employee benefits service administration. Your day will involve building strong relationships with brokers and customers while providing comprehensive guidance on employee benefits.
- Handle service inquiries and resolve issues
- Support re-enrollment and ensure premium integrity
- Proactively plan through effective account management strategies
- Deliver a seamless and impactful client experience
We offer a formal training program to set our Client Managers up for success starting May 7th.
This role will support our Washington DC office and travel to Washington DC will be required 2-3 times a quarter.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing diverse clients of 100+ lives or more
- Proven account management and relationship expertise
- Deep knowledge of Group Insurance and technical solutions
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
- Highly organized, agile, and compliance-focused
- State Life, Accident and Health license for all states within the office’s assigned territory or the ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
Requirements
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of benefit administration, plan design, distribution channels, and complex technology needs such as APIs and reverse file feeds
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and investigate complex issues
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of FMLA, PFML, ADA, and other compliance requirements
- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico

- Estimated Salary: $104,500 - $132,000 plus annual bonus opportunity
