Role Description
This role involves providing expertise in translating strategy into future enterprise architecture and a transition plan. It supports business transformation and EA implementation using various techniques.
- Translate strategy into future-state architecture and transition plans
- Design and maintain views and data of enterprise architecture
- Assist in organizational strategy, capital planning, and portfolio management
- Use multi-disciplinary techniques for EA implementation
- Research and recommend technologies
- Provide analyses of potential EA changes
- Ensure EA policy compliance through reviews and analyses
- Oversee quality programs, systems, and processes
- Coordinate with experts and other architects
- Reflect reengineered processes in the EA
- Apply EA frameworks like FEAC, TOGAF, or DoDAF
- Utilize EA tools such as ARIS
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field with 9 years of work experience or Master's degree and 7 years of work experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise architecture, IT strategy, and related disciplines
- Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level architecture solutions
- Extensive experience with EA frameworks such as TOGAF, DoDAF, and FEAF
- Hands-on experience with EA tools such as ARIS, Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect, or similar
- Experience with IT infrastructure, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and network design
- Strong understanding of multi-disciplinary techniques such as business process modeling, information engineering, and organizational redesign
- Proficiency in various programming languages and tools, such as Python, Java, SQL, and Enterprise Service Buses (ESBs)
- In-depth knowledge of cloud architecture and services, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models
- Familiarity with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps practices
- Ability to analyze and integrate complex systems and technologies into cohesive EA strategies
- Expertise in conducting gap analysis, current state assessments, and future state planning
- Ability to research emerging technologies and assess their relevance and potential impact on enterprise architecture
- Skills in performing cost-benefit analysis and developing business cases for architectural initiatives
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior leadership and technical teams
- Strong leadership abilities to guide cross-functional teams in EA implementation
- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address complex technical challenges

- Proven track record of leading digital transformation and modernization projects
