Role Description

We are looking for a full-time YouTube Video Editor to join their remote content team. You will work on a fast-growing YouTube channel with 45K+ subscribers and a 16K+ member community, focused on AI tools, vibe coding, AI agents, automation, AI websites, and AI apps.

Our content consists mainly of explainer-style tutorials with talking-head footage, screen recordings, and animations. Recordings are done using a teleprompter, so raw footage is clean and easy to edit.

You will work with a remote team of 5–10 people, including scriptwriters, content creators, editors, thumbnail designers, and project managers.

Our time-zone-optimized workflow:

• Asia: Scriptwriting
• Europe: Recording
• South America: Editing

Once footage is uploaded, your workday begins. Each video is expected to be completed within 8–9 hours and submitted via Frame.io for review.

Responsibilities:

• Editing talking-head and screen-recorded footage into engaging tutorials
• Cutting mistakes and unnecessary sections
• Synchronizing camera footage with screen recordings
• Adding animations, visual effects, and on-screen elements
• Using AI tools to enhance visuals and storytelling
• Maintaining consistent pacing and structure across videos
• Uploading completed videos to Frame.io for review
• Implementing feedback and revisions when required
• Managing time effectively to meet daily and weekly deadlines
• Producing 4–5 high-quality videos per week

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a YouTube video editor
• Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and audience engagement
• Experience editing tutorial and explainer-style content
• Proficiency in at least one professional editing tool: Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, or similar
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong time management and reliability
• Ability to complete a full 8–12 minute video within 8–9 hours
• Availability for full-time work

Requirements

• Experience creating custom animations and VFX (preferred)
• Familiarity with AI-based editing and animation tools (preferred)
• Experience using Frame.io (preferred)
• Experience using Remotion (preferred)
• Experience using Higgsfield Vibe Motion (preferred)
• Interest in AI, automation, and tech-related content (preferred)
