Job Description
BRIEF DESCRIPTION
- Talent Acquisition: Source, attract, and engage top talent through job postings, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess qualifications to ensure alignment with role requirements and BluSky's culture.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and track progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Employer Branding: Represent BluSky professionally in all candidate interactions and promote our values and culture.
- Offer Management: Partner with HR and hiring managers to prepare and extend competitive job offers.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruiting practices comply with company policies and employment laws.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve hiring strategies.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver quality candidates.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the recruiting process and implement best practices.
This role has no direct reports.
- 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in the restoration industry is a plus.)
- Exhibited success in recruiting, including creative sourcing, networking, identifying, and evaluating candidates & facilitating decisions in partnership with hiring managers.
- Strong computer skills in: Word, Excel, Outlook, as well as ATS and/or HRIS systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently yet able to initiate interaction when in need of support.
- Must be organized, accurate, and detail oriented.
- Must be closely aligned with our company's mission, vision, and values.
