Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics and equivalent experience working in a derivatives back or middle office environment
- A minimum of 5 years of Investment Operations and/or Derivatives Operations industry experience with an emphasis on trade life cycle and settlements
- A required minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience using BlackRock's Aladdin operations platform
- Excellent analytical skills, high level of accuracy and the ability to think through problems, assess a variety of factors and recommend solutions
- Solid organizational skills and a high degree of professionalism combined with the ability to readily adapt to rapidly changing environments and deal with competing priorities
- Team player with demonstrated experience building and maintaining good working relationships both internally and externally
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across departments
- Influence and work collaboratively with stakeholders in a sophisticated and demanding business environment.
