• Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to support IT goals and objectives • Lead Organizational Change Management and develop communications, presentations, and engagement activities for stakeholders during change efforts • Create compelling messaging and content that effectively communicates business value, member centered solutions, and other key messages to various audiences • Create and deliver executive level presentations that identify key insights and identify key actions that support IT strategy and objectives • Develop agendas and content for IT leadership and town hall meetings • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels
