Job Description
• Lead the creation of valuation analysis for M&A opportunities
• Actively manage M&A due diligence process
• Communicate key operating and valuation drivers to senior leadership
• Own preparation of financial schedules for M&A to Senior Leadership and Board of Directors
• Review valuation analysis for capital deployment
• Develop relationships with stakeholders across the enterprise
• Perform ad hoc analysis as needed
Job Requirements
- Relevant degree
- Typically requires 10 years of experience
- 5+ years Valuation, M&A and transaction advisory experience
- Capability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Financial reporting knowledge including income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement
- Exceptional financial modeling skills
- Exceptional communications skills
- Excellent PC skills with solid working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Preference in having experience using Capital IQ.
