Location: United States (Remote with Extensive Travel)
Reporting to: Head of Operations
Manages: Site Engineers / Regional Field Leads

Our platform enables real-time verification of construction against design models with millimetre accuracy, driving productivity, quality, and certainty across large-scale data centre developments.

As we continue expanding across the US market, we are seeking a Head of Project Delivery to lead regional delivery operations, drive client adoption, and scale excellence across complex data centre programs.

Role Overview

The Head of Project Delivery, US is responsible for leading and managing the execution of field delivery across active projects.

This role ensures that Site Engineers are properly trained, deployed, supported, and held accountable to performance standards. The focus is operational excellence — driving consistency, reporting accuracy, training effectiveness, and on-time execution.

This is a hands-on leadership role centered on execution discipline and team performance. It is not a strategic or product-facing position.

Key Responsibilities

1. Field Team Leadership

  • Lead and manage Site Engineers and Regional Leads across the US.

  • Establish clear performance expectations and KPIs.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching.

  • Drive accountability for delivery standards.

  • Provide escalation support for complex technical or client issues.

2. Training & Operational Readiness

  • Ensure Site Engineers are properly trained and certified.

  • Standardize onboarding processes.

  • Maintain clear SOPs and field playbooks.

  • Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.

3. Execution & Reporting Discipline

  • Ensure projects are executed in line with operational standards.

  • Oversee timely and accurate project reporting (internal and client-facing).

  • Track KPIs related to quality of delivery, schedule adherence, and issue resolution.

  • Escalate risks proactively.

4. Resource Planning

  • Partner with Operations and Commercial teams on staffing plans.

  • Align field capacity with project pipeline.

  • Manage utilization targets.

5. Continuous Operational Improvement

  • Identify inefficiencies in field execution.

  • Implement process improvements.

  • Improve visibility and predictability of delivery performance.

6. Client Engagement & Adoption

  • Act as delivery interface for key client stakeholders (Project Directors, Construction Directors, VPs).

  • Ensure successful onboarding and adoption of the XYZ platform within client project teams.

  • Identify adoption barriers and implement structured improvement plans.

  • Support commercial teams in client expansion discussions through proven delivery performance.

  • Translate field performance data into measurable client value (rework reduction, schedule certainty, quality improvement).

Experience & Background Requirements

Mandatory Experience

  • 7+ years in operations, field services, or program delivery.

  • 3+ years managing multi-site or distributed operational teams.

  • Experience leading 20+ person operational organizations.

  • Strong track record of driving KPI-based performance.

  • Experience building training and performance management systems.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in technology-enabled services.

  • Experience in construction-adjacent, industrial, or technical field environments.

  • Familiarity with operational reporting systems.

Skills & Competencies

  • Highly organized and execution focused.

Travel Requirements

  • Extensive travel across the United States.
