• Provide coverage in short-term, surge and on demand situations resulting from the Military needs • Deliver a full breadth of personal financial counseling services to military service members and their families at military installations • Provide one-on-one counseling, consultation with commanders or another provider, conducting briefings and presentations • Provide referral resources to participants outside the context of a counseling session • Works closely with installation and military branch Points of Contact (POC) • Assist service members in establishing a spending plan for extended absences • Develop and make available informational financial materials to service members and families • Coordinates and provides Personal Financial Management classes/workshops on various topics • Responds to requests for age-appropriate classes or seminars • Possess the skills to effectively utilize virtual counseling or other electronic modes of communication
