Role Description

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and visually driven Shopify Marketing Support Virtual Assistant to assist with:

• Product merchandising
• Tagging
• Image management
• Collection organization inside Shopify

This role is ideal for someone who understands e-commerce presentation, product discoverability, and visual merchandising strategy. The VA will help optimize product listings, maintain collection organization, and ensure visual consistency across the online store.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working within Shopify and merchandising apps to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Experience working within Shopify (required)
• Familiarity with Shopify merchandising tools such as Sort’d Collection Merchandiser or similar apps (preferred)
• Experience with Asana or similar task management platforms
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Understanding of visual merchandising principles in e-commerce
• Ability to follow structured processes while maintaining consistency
• Strong English communication skills
