Role Description

Join our team as an Inside Sales Representative, where your primary role will involve outbound sales to generate Hub partners in the Pacific Northwest region. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM systems, meeting or exceeding monthly KPIs, and responding to and qualifying inbound leads from prospective Amazon Hub Delivery partners. Your role will also include conducting consultative sales calls to understand partner needs and presenting the value of Amazon Hub Delivery, as well as providing feedback to leadership on lead quality, market trends, and customer insights.

  • Generate Hub partners in the Pacific Northwest through outbound sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM systems.
  • Meet or exceed monthly KPIs, including call volume, conversion rates, and partner activation goals.
  • Respond to and qualify inbound leads from prospective Amazon Hub Delivery partners.
  • Conduct consultative sales calls to understand partner needs and present the value of Amazon Hub Delivery.
  • Provide feedback to leadership on lead quality, market trends, and customer insights.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
  • Proficiency in cold calling.
  • Experience with CRM tools, Salesforce preferred.
  • 2+ years of inside sales or business development experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or tech.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Comfortable making high volumes of calls and managing multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with sales enablement platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Requirements

This position is located in the Seattle/WA market and will be fully remote. Employees are eligible for 2 weeks of PTO after a 6-month successful performance review. The role offers uncapped commission, including $75 per partner application, $100 once a partner is ready to launch, and $175 for launch plus two weeks. Additionally, there is a $50/month phone expense allowance. This is a unique opportunity to build community partnerships with small businesses.
