• Lead the design, refinement, and implementation of EPR programming for ORR Eligible populations, as well as the organizations that serve them. This is done with sensitivity to cultural, linguistic, and historical factors. • Provide subject matter expertise and leadership to ORR Eligible populations, Ras, ECBOs, faith-based groups and others through training, case consultations, mentoring, and coaching. • Support proposal development, reporting, and strategic planning. • Develop workflows, tools, and guidelines to support seamless collaboration and role clarity across the teams. • Promote trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally competent practices in all aspects of service delivery. • Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify evolving service priorities and support resource allocation. • Serve as a thought partner in the development of sustainable programming and culturally specific approaches. • Liaise with community members and local partners—including healthcare providers, schools, housing agencies, workforce development entities, and legal aid—to strengthen referral networks and community integration pathways. • Monitor program implementation and outcomes, offering feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement. • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
