Job Description

• Lead the development and execution of quality assurance plans for programming • Create enrollment processes that ensure participation of ORR Eligible clients • In partnership with customer and SME, develop metrics to identify trends and areas of improvement in programming • Oversee the creating of reporting for client relevant to programming objectives • Stay updated on industry trends, new quality management methodologies, and regulatory changes that affect product quality. • Review programming and materials for accuracy, completeness and timeliness. • Formulate policies, procedures and standards of services in a manner that aligns with client goals of sustained and scalable programming. • Identify potential risks to programming and implement corrective action plans. • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • At least 4 years working in program development and implementation for ORR Eligible populations
  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, public administration or related field
  • Proven experience in social work, program admin or program management
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
