Role Description

As a Senior Analyst on the Performance and Insights team, you will engage directly with Roundel's clients to:

  • Review how their media investments are performing
  • Identify ways to optimize and grow their media investment
  • Bring innovation to clients
  • Elevate their understanding of the Target guest

Qualifications

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in Digital Media, Agency, Marketing, or Retail
  • Experience with client engagement
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to judge and quantify results of advertising
  • Ability to synthesize datasets to build a compelling story
  • In-depth understanding of the digital marketplace
  • Methodical, well-organized, and detail-oriented
  • Genuine curiosity with how things work; motivated, self-starter
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with data visualization tools or web analytic tools

Requirements

  • Primary clients for this position are located across several markets, including Chicago, New York City, Atlanta, Los Angeles, and Minneapolis
  • Preference for candidates to be based in one of these locations as role requires frequent travel to support local clients
  • No relocation offered for this position
  • This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on Target's needs
  • Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target
