Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5+ years in influencer marketing, talent management, or creator partnerships.
- Strong existing roster of creators or influencers that can be activated quickly.
- Deep understanding of creator monetization models and social media ecosystems.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for pitching, onboarding, and relationship building.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, PartnerStack) and social analytics tools.
- Strategic thinker with a strong execution track record.
