Role Description

As our Productivity Solution Consultant, you’ll be the go-to expert helping Managed Service Providers (MSPs) find the perfect Microsoft productivity SaaS solution for their clients. You’ll turn “I think we need…” into “Wow, that was exactly what we needed.” Your work will directly help Pax8 Partners grow their businesses — and you’ll grow right alongside them.

  • Responding to curious, excited, or sometimes confused MSPs and helping them find the right Microsoft 365 tools
  • Following up like a pro — with a creative flair that keeps leads warm and deals moving
  • Running product demos, identifying client needs, and confidently closing Microsoft deals
  • Collaborating with Solutions Engineers and other teams to make sure every sale is a win-win
  • Managing your pipeline, forecasting like a wizard, and hitting (or exceeding) your numbers
  • Tracking everything in Salesforce, because if it’s not in the CRM... did it even happen?

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying Microsoft sales role (yes, this is mandatory)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Solutions, Microsoft Partner Center, CSP programs, and AI Tools such as Copilot
  • Ability to explain the Microsoft ecosystem clearly
  • Experience using Salesforce and LinkedIn to develop Partner relationships
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas — top 10-20% performance in previous roles
  • Understanding of the cloud landscape — from Microsoft Azure and cybersecurity to networking fundamentals
  • Great communicator (verbal and written) with natural sales instincts and curiosity

Requirements

  • Ability to manage your own pipeline and lead full sales cycles
  • Confidence in demoing and recommending Microsoft solutions to Partners
  • Ability to build momentum and consistently move opportunities forward
  • Capability to develop creative follow-up strategies that improve lead conversion
  • Ability to field referrals because your Partners trust you

Benefits

  • Non-Commissioned Bonus Plans or Variable Commission
  • 401(k) plan with employer match
  • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Employer Paid Short & Long Term Disability, Life and AD&D Insurance
  • Flexible, Open Vacation
  • Paid Sick Time Off
  • Extended Leave for Life events
  • RTD Eco Pass (For local Colorado Employees)
  • Career Development Programs
  • Stock Option Eligibility
  • Employee-led Resource Groups
