Role Description
This position is responsible for ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role provides strategic guidance, governance, and performance monitoring across multiple initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.
- Establish and enforce project governance frameworks and reporting standards
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and performance metrics
- Provide executive-level reporting and strategic recommendations
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and resource constraints
- Ensure cross-functional coordination and stakeholder alignment
- Conduct audits and quality reviews to maintain compliance and accountability
- Support project managers with guidance, tools, and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years of project management and oversight experience
- Strong analytical, financial, and risk management skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred

- Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000
