Role Description

This role involves developing and executing enterprise-wide master data management strategies.

• Align MDM initiatives with business goals
• Manage implementation data and analysis for distribution
• Centralized order guide governance strategy within NORAM
• Strategic planning for transforming systems and practices to future state of enterprise
• Create framework and training for data mapping and data quality, cross functionally and globally
• Lead communication and training associated with transformation of business
• Ensure initiative timelines meet the needs of the business
• Team building and management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 3 years of management experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to build key stakeholder relationships
• Knowledge of food service, supply chain, distribution
• Data analysis skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Technical acumen, Excel & Power BI

Requirements

• Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years
