Job Description
• Support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of SAP SD modules
• Create and maintain Sales Documents, Deliveries, and Billing
• Configure and optimize SAP SD modules to support end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes
• Gather business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and design scalable solutions
• Lead testing activities to ensure system accuracy and process reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve integration issues and improve process efficiency
• Provide production support, troubleshoot system defects, and deliver training and documentation to end users
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD)
- 4+ years SAP ECC Order Management experience
- Knowledge of SAP Material Master Conversion
- Expertise in SAP SD resource-related billing and order management
- Experience with SD aspects related to Configuration, Master Data and Reporting
- Subject matter expertise of Pricing related to Condition Table, Condition Type, Access Sequence, Pricing Procedure, Chargeback, and Rebates
- Knowledge in Available to Promise (ATP) process related to Back Order processing, Production Allocation, and Order Scheduling
- Experience developing test strategies and managing large complex test efforts
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (nice to have)
