Job Description
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to define, analyze and optimize CIAM solutions
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Ensure secure and compliant customer authentication and profile management experiences across digital channels
• Support implementations involving registration, login, consent management, privacy, and integration with SAP and non-SAP systems
• Validate solutions through testing, documentation and stakeholder collaboration
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of SAP technical integration experience
- Architecture and Technical Integration with Applications (ECC, EWM, SCM, CAMS, Portal, UAM, GRC etc.)
- Extensive knowledge of SAP ABAP and workflows
- Understanding of Portal, Citrix, Active Directory and integration with UAM
- US Citizens only (no dual citizenship)
- Eligible to receive an interim Secret Clearance
