Job Description

• Lead the design, testing, and deployment of SAP H2R functionalities, including Employee Central, Payroll, Time Management, and Talent Management. • Align SuccessFactors and S/4HANA Universal Journal for payroll postings, labor distribution, and benefit accruals. • Manage the transition from legacy HR systems to SuccessFactors Cloud and hybrid architectures. • Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables while mitigating risks related to data migration, payroll parallel testing, and system integration. • Drive adoption of SAP Fiori and SuccessFactors Mobile for employee self-service, manager insights, and workforce analytics. • Ensure seamless integration of H2R with other streams, such as labor budgeting and grant-funded personnel processes. • Mentor and develop team expertise in advanced SAP tools like Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), Payroll Control Center (PCC), and Workforce Analytics. • Stay current on SAP updates, leveraging new features to improve HR operations and talent strategies.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of implementation experience with SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors and/or H2R
  • Experience working with Agile or Scrum methodologies in SAP environments.
