Role Description

As an Associate Director Insights, you play an essential role helping clients create new solutions maximizing their media investment’s effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Be a trusted media advisor who can clearly articulate Insights, Storytelling & Actionable next steps with a focus on digital media channels for our clients.
  • Lead client presentations & conversations with our Client Partners and manage a team of Digital Insight Senior Consultants and Consultants (training and career development).
  • Partner with our TV & Video Insights Americas Team and directly partner with our Activation Team.
  • Participate in product innovation sessions with our Product + Solutions Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensures assigned client projects are properly planned, resourced and delivered on time and to quality standards.
  • Present to clients with confidence, becoming a trusted resource.
  • Collaborates with Client Partners for timely delivery and aligns to specific client priorities.
  • Expert in delivery mechanisms for reporting.
  • Expert in core product solutions & methodology to accurately discuss with clients during scheduled presentations.
  • Responsible for maintaining a set of key client deliverables.
  • Oversees the team’s use of companywide project management delivery platforms.
  • Actively contributes to the enhancement & maintenance of team best practices.
  • Onboard new and junior team members.
  • Develop trusted relationships internally and externally.
  • Manage Snr Consultant and Consultant Career Progression.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional work experience leading omni-channel strategy, digital strategy, insights and/or activation.
  • Possess & can exemplify trusted digital media fundamentals knowledge and an interest in current trends.
  • Possess the combination of an analytical and story-telling mindset.
  • Experience analyzing & summarizing digital campaign reports, developing an action plan.
  • Experience in planning the media strategy, planning and/or executing campaigns for large-scale clients (>50M USD annually).
  • Innovator who looks for the why behind the facts.
  • Proven examples of creating campaign(s) embracing a digital trend and/or new partner that solved a client challenge.
  • Confidently write client facing presentations and deliver the presentation to clients.
  • Understanding of the CTV and Retail Media is advantageous.
  • Proven leadership in managing teammates with 0-7 years experience.
  • Seasoned in the use of Business Intelligence Tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Detail oriented, organized, solution oriented.
  • Desire to continuously learn & is curious.
  • Willingness to travel (less than 25%).
