Role Description
This position is focused on hiring for internal positions within Openwork—for both our customer-facing market and corporate teams. You’ll play a crucial role in helping us scale by bringing in top-tier talent to support our business growth.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand internal staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Be a true partner to hiring managers, providing insights, market data, and strategic hiring recommendations.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for corporate roles and client-facing positions within Openwork.
- Conduct thorough and strategic interviews to uncover top talent who not only have the right skills but are also a strong culture fit.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future internal hiring needs.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to anticipate and meet internal hiring demands.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and internal teams.
- Promote Openwork’s employer brand through social media, networking, and industry events.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of internal talent acquisition or recruiting experience
- Experience hiring for corporate and/or client-facing roles
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
- Ability to juggle multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
