Role Description
As the Performance Marketing Intern at BetterHelp, you’ll join a diverse team of licensed clinicians, engineers, product pros, creatives, marketers, and business leaders who share a passion for expanding access to therapy.
- Support the mapping and documentation of the therapist marketing journey from acquisition through long-term engagement
- Leverage AI tools to support campaign ideation, content optimization, journey analysis, and workflow efficiency
- Help analyze campaign performance and therapist engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Conduct research to better understand therapist needs, behaviors, and friction points across the journey
- Partner with marketing, operations, and product teams to improve messaging and timing across lifecycle stages
- Contribute to A/B testing initiatives and performance reporting
- Help maintain campaign calendars and lifecycle documentation
Qualifications
- Current undergraduate or graduate student in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data in spreadsheets
- Interest in performance marketing, CRM, growth marketing, or user journey optimization
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Experience with email marketing platforms or CRM tools (Bonus)
- Familiarity with journey mapping or marketing automation concepts (Bonus)
- Interest in healthcare, mental health, or marketplace businesses (Bonus)
