Role Description

This role involves ensuring our organization complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.

• Collaborate with the Manager of Regulatory Affairs to track and communicate changes in regulations
• Maintain a regulatory strategy aligned with business goals and timelines
• Ensure all contracts with state and county agencies, Medicaid payors, and MCOs adhere to legal and regulatory requirements
• Lead Change of Ownership (CHOW) applications and the state licensure process for new markets
• Responsible for the accuracy of all documentation in support of contracts
• Oversee the full lifecycle of contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and renewing agreements
• Maintain meticulous records of contracts, licensing documents, and compliance filings
• Lead the submission and tracking of new state Medicaid applications
• Maintain comprehensive P&Ps that reflect regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Manage the lifecycle of P&Ps (creation, review, approval, distribution, training, obsolescence)
• Coordinate with Compliance and Operations to ensure P&Ps are accurate and enforceable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Legal Studies, Public Policy, or a related field (required)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management, licensing, or regulatory compliance in healthcare, Medicaid, or managed care (required)
• Experience with state Medicaid/Medicare applications or regulatory filings (preferred)
