Role Description

This role involves driving the successful delivery of large-scale, high-impact digital construction programs as a senior Electrical VDC leader.

• Lead complex, globally visible electrical VDC programs for innovative construction projects
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive-level client stakeholders
• Build, mentor, and scale distributed VDC teams across geographies
• Influence delivery standards and operational best practices at scale
• Expand into broader operational leadership and strategic portfolio ownership

You will be accountable for:

• Delivering complex electrical VDC programs from kickoff through closeout
• Building strong, lasting relationships with key client stakeholders
• Leading and mentoring VDC Managers, Engineers, and Detailers
• Owning financial performance across projects

How you'll elevate delivery:

• Develop detailed project plans, staffing models, and risk registers
• Maintain rigorous electrical model quality and scope compliance
• Collaborate with sales and leadership on technical strategy and proposals
• Coordinate effectively across global teams and time zones
• Lead training and knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Integrate AI and automation tools to improve modeling accuracy

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in electrical BIM/VDC delivery
• Experience leading complex, multi-project programs
• Strong client-facing communication and advisory skills
• Financial oversight and forecasting experience
• A track record of developing high-performing teams

• Compensation range: $110,000 – $130,000, eligible for bonuses
