• Deliver virtual 1:1 therapy to youth and caregivers using evidence-informed, trauma-focused modalities • Conduct clinical assessments, create collaborative care plans, and track progress over time using measurement-based care • Build relational continuity across transitions, serving clients through placement changes or life events • Partner with non-clinical Care Advocates to coordinate wraparound support and access to services • Offer caregiver support sessions to strengthen family stability and improve outcomes • Maintain thorough and timely documentation aligned with Medicaid and telehealth standards • Participate in weekly supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training sessions • Provide support during moments of escalation or crisis following trauma-informed best practices
