Role Description

This role involves turning digital experience data into a trusted foundation for decision-making across mobile and portal experiences. By enabling experimentation, self-service analytics, and evidence-based iteration, this role helps teams learn faster, reduce risk, and deliver better member experiences at scale.

  • Own and optimize the Amplitude analytics platform for mobile and portal experiences
  • Define and govern digital experience metrics, tracking standards, and data quality
  • Build and scale the experimentation platform and A/B testing program
  • Enable Product Managers and Designers to run experiments and access self-service insights
  • Manage the digital experience intelligence roadmap based on decision impact
  • Partner across Design, Product, Engineering, Analytics, Legal, and Security to ensure compliant, actionable data

Qualifications

  • Experience owning digital experience analytics, experimentation, or data products in product-led organizations
  • Deep expertise in product analytics, metrics design, and behavioral data modeling
  • Hands-on experience managing Amplitude or similar analytics platforms
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and statistical rigor
  • Ability to translate product and design questions into measurable metrics and testable hypotheses
  • Technical fluency with SQL, analytics tools, and mobile and web tracking
  • Understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance in regulated environments
  • An experimentation mindset, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to influence across teams

  • This is a remote position.
  • Salary Range: $151,500.00/Yr. To $191,500.00/Yr.

Onboarding & Travel

This is a remote role, with an in-person onboarding training component. New team members must participate in Trailhead, HealthEquity’s immersive onboarding experience designed to foster meaningful connections, support your integration into the organization, and equip you with a strong understanding of our business.

Trailhead participation is a key expectation of this role, held onsite at our headquarters once per quarter. HealthEquity covers all required travel and accommodations.

This role may begin with a virtual, self-paced onboarding experience, followed by a mandatory onsite Trailhead session at a later date.
