Role Description
RigUp is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive I who will be responsible for Vendor-Facing Commercial growth. Our ideal candidate for this role will be well-versed in oil and gas, knowledgeable in standard office software, motivated to impact supplier and client relationships, and driven to exceed expectations.
- Vendor Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential vendors through various channels (cold calls, emails, social media, networking events, etc.).
- Interest Generation: Effectively communicate the benefits of partnering with potential vendors, generating interest and enthusiasm.
- Onboarding: Manage the vendor onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition onto our platform.
- Training: Provide comprehensive training to new vendors on how to use our platform, tools, and resources to maximize their sales potential.
- Revenue Generation: Develop and implement strategies to help vendors achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Assisting with feedback and reporting as well as market analysis to aid in strategic guidance of company initiatives.
- Triaging requests from clients to the supplier pool to ensure clients’ needs are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, vendor management, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Regular, on-time attendance.
- Ability to travel 20% of the time.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to use office equipment such as a computer, copier and telephone.
- Ability to use office computer programs such as e-mail, Google Docs, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Occasionally work in outdoor weather conditions.
- Occasionally traverse uneven surfaces.
- Occasionally remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
- Ability to manipulate office equipment such as a computer, copier and telephone.
- Occasionally ascend or descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles and the like.
- Occasionally moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another.
- Occasionally stooping.
- Occasionally crouching.
- Occasionally crawling.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to reach overhead.
- Ability to reach at shoulder level.
