Job Description
• Train Clinical Research Scientists to execute clinical trials in collaboration with clinical operations and medical directors
• Lead, recruit, and train a team of Clinical Research Scientists
• Provide strategic support and direction for clinical drug development programs
• Understand the competitive landscape and provide insights on strategic development pathways
• Collaborate with the project team on the review and analysis of study results
• Contribute to drafting manuscripts and other publications
Job Requirements
- BS/MS/PhD in a related life science discipline or PharmD; RN, BSN or MSN preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of clinical development experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry (clinical science, medical writing, etc.)
- Prior oncology drug development experience required
- Experience leading a Clinical Research Scientist team through study design and startup
- Prior experience with NDA submission and approval process
- Must possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and scientific writing skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
