Job Description

• Present company products and solutions in a proper and professional manner • Develop comprehensive knowledge of the range of products, services and solutions provided by the company • Keep updated knowledge through participation to product demo sessions, Road Map meetings, Product Days and similar activities arranged by the company • Develop comprehensive knowledge of company internal processes and guidelines • Prepare proposals for potential partners based on market and partner requirements, aligning with company pricing policy, strategy and goals • Understand relevant region specifics, general regulative requirements and associated Compliance rules • Close cooperate with Compliance team to develop strong knowledge on regulatory requirements of all targeted countries in the region • Understand competitor products and offerings including regular review and identification of their opportunities • Closely collaborate with legal, compliance, project implementation, partner development teams and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth contractual process • Effective launch of the project and post-launch growth and development • Build strong, long-term relationships with partners to upsell and cross-sell company products and solutions • Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and international business trips in a professional manner to enhance company reputation • Utilize professional social media platforms for networking and lead generation opportunities • Keep CRM updated with precise and professional manager as per company rules and requirements • Regularly provide reports on closed deals, lost opportunities, blockers and any other topics as requested by manager.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in the iGaming industry and higher managerial positions
  • Experience developing and successfully executing business plans
  • Demonstrated ability/experience providing effective direction to achieve program goals and deliver results
  • Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent decision-making and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great leadership skills with the ability to motivate the team
  • Top-notch analytical skills - must have an eye for detail!
  • The ability to travel to meet clients, attend conferences and research new markets as needed.
